Horses are allowed on the entire territory of Redemption Nationalpark.
Get the park´s most authentic experience by taking your steed along. Saddle up and pave your way through lush forests and beautiful plains.
Before your Trailride
- Make sure you carry enough water for you and your horse
- Take breaks
- Do not lead your horse into dangerous situations – avoid areas that home dangerous predators
- Ideally, take a first aid kit with you

- Cumberland Forest
A great location to start your trailrides is Cumberland Forest. It is easy to navigate, thus great for beginners. Cumberland Forest is located in northern New Hanover state, just beside Valentine.

2. The Heartlands
The Heartlands is a wide, green plain located in the heart of New Hanover. The area is very easy to navigate.

3. Cholla Springs
Cholla Spring is located in the middle of the state of New Austin, besides Armadillo and Tumbleweed. This area guarantees the authentic wild-west-feeling.
